ACC 103 Aliphatic Polyaspartic

Product Description

ACC 103 Aliphatic Polyaspartic

ADVACOAT ACC 103 Aliphatic Polyaspartic is a pure, 100% solids clear aliphatic polyurea polyaspartic floor coating. ACC 103 Aliphatic Polyaspartic has zero odors and is very moisture insensitive. This product has been formulated as a roll and brush on coating for concrete surfaces. This coating may be used over existing epoxy floors, or as a standalone floor coating with excellent color and UV stability.

ACC 103 Aliphatic Polyaspartic can be applied in temperatures as low as –20°F. When fully cured, ACC 103 will produce a highly abrasion and wear resistant, high-gloss, smooth finish.

Uses

ACC 103 Aliphatic Polyaspartic adheres extremely well to properly prepared concrete substrates. The high tensile strength, and elongation of this coating allows this product to better withstand the abuse of industrial equipment, steel-wheeled carts, and forklifts with minimal effect. The excellent chemical resistance is well suited for some harsh applications.

ACC 101 Quick Patch

Product Description

ACC 101 Quick Patch

Advacoat ACC 101 Quick Patch is a specially formulated polymer rapid repair product. In its basic low viscosity formulation ACC 101 will penetrate concrete substrates. In its highly aggregate loaded high viscosity configuration, ACC 101 will act as a repair mortar and parging compound that will fill substrate cracks, gouges, holes and spalls. This product is an extremely quick drying patching material, designed for easy and quick concrete repair on surfaces receiving coating applications.

Uses

ACC 101 Quick Patch may be used in conjunction with various aggregates to create a patching mortar. ACC 101 has the ability to penetrate concrete surfaces to create a tight bond to the substrate itself.

Using the ACC 101 with aggregate as a mortar, gives the ability to patch substrate cracks, gouges, holes, spalls and any type of damage to concrete surfaces. Once the patching mortar is dry, about 40 minutes, diamond grinding the patched area will result in a smooth, feathered finish that will barely be noticable as a patch. Using a blend of aggregate sizes, will create a tight matrix material that closely resembles concrete.

Ideal for Applications In

  • Cold Storage Areas
  • Freezer Applications
  • Repairing Substrate Cracks
  • Repairing Spalled Concrete
  • Repairing Bug Holes
  • Restructure Saw Cuts
  • Parking Deck Repairs
  • Fast Surface Leveling
  • Creating Slopes on Concrete
  • Leveling ‘Bird Baths’ on Concrete Substrates

Advantages

  • Low Viscosity to Penetrate Substrate
  • 40 Minutes Cure Time
  • Excellent Adhesion to Concrete
  • Cures from -30°F
  • Aggregate Mix Creates Tight Matrix Polymer Concrete
  • Diamond Grinding Feathers Edges
  • Pourous For Coating Adehesion
  • Ability to Mix Small or Large Batches

ACC 201 Polyurea Joint Filler

Product Description

ACC 201 Polyurea Joint Filler

ADVACOAT ACC 201 Polyurea Joint Filler is a self leveling, 100% solids, flexible, two component, rapid curing polyurea elastomer joint filler. ACC 201 is designed for 10-15% movement of installed joint width.

ACC 201 Polyurea Joint Filler will cure in temperatures low as –30°F. Concrete is recommended to cure at least 30 days prior to installation of joint filler.

Uses

ACC 201 Polyurea Joint Filler is used to fill interior random cracks, control joints or new construction joints on horizontal concrete surfaces. ACC 201 is designed specifically for industrial floor applications receiving heavy vehicle traffic, such as forklift and steel wheeled carts. ACC 201 is flexible, accommodating small slab movement yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete from spalling under extreme loading. ACC 201 can be used in exterior applications where little joint or crack movement from thermal cycling will occur. ACC 201 is recommended for repair of cracks, damaged control joints or new construction joints in cold storage facilities, freezers, and food processing plants where time and temperature are serious considerations.

ACC Epoxy Moisture Block

Product Description

ACC Epoxy Moisture Block

ACC Epoxy Moisture Block is a two component, 100% solids, low viscosity, moisture accepting epoxy primer. It has an ability to reduce the hydrostatic pressure emitted by the floor from 12 lbs per 1000 square feet to less than 1 lb. This product is designed to reduce and dissipate high moisture vapor transmission readings in existing concrete substrates. The presence of high moisture vapor emissions in concrete substrates adversely affects most conventional floor coverings and coatings. As a general rule, installation of coatings products are not recommended when a substrate MVT readings exceed 3.0lbs of moisture over 1,000 square foot area during a 24 hour time period.

Uses

ACC Epoxy Moisture Block can be used to prime concrete, metal, and wood. It is an excellent all around concrete primer/sealer with incredible adhesion. Common usage for this material would be used as a primer for substrates that show a high moisture vapor transmission reading. Applying just a single coat can hold up to 10 pounds of MVT, increasing the lifetime integrity of various coating systems. As moisture drive is a huge problem in coating applications, ACC EMB can nulify the risk of failures from present, and future moisture vapor transmission issues.

Ideal for Applications In

  • High MVT Reading Substrates
  • Coating System Primer
  • Wet Area System Primer
  • Below Grade Applications

Advantages

  • Superior Adhesion
  • 100% Solids Formulation
  • Low Viscosity
  • VOC Compliant
  • High Build Application
  • Moisture Tolerant
  • Used With Most ACC System Applications
  • Mitigates Moisture Vapor Transmission
